ACCOMMODATION OPTIONS AND PRICES
With breathtaking unobstructed views of the crystal-clear waters of the Caribbean Sea, Tensing Pen is perched on Negril’s limestone cliffs. Built around its own private coves, each room and villa is unique in its design and decor, highlighting Jamaican and Caribbean arts and crafts. All rooms, both ocean and garden views, have a balcony, patio or veranda, offering seclusion and relaxation.

Coffee Rose 1 - Deluxe Ocean View
Ocean view/ King bed / AC
Coffee Rose 1 is located upstairs and offers ocean views and a very spacious layout, with handmade furniture and Jamaican art. This room is a popular choice, especially with its intimate veranda endowed with comfy lounging chairs for reading, having morning coffee or a drink while gazing at Negril’s magical sunset!

North Pillar - Deluxe Ocean View
Breathtaking ocean view/King bed / AC/ mini fridge
The Pillars are a group of four cabins (North, Middle, South and Pine Pillar ) which were built in the style of tree houses. Each Pillar has a secluded outdoor shower downstairs, and a very generous balcony with loungers or relaxing chairs. All come with a King-size bed, AC, fans and mini-fridge and offer breathtaking views of the Caribbean and Negril’s magical sunsets. North Pillar is located just off the iconic hammock hut.

Rock Cottage 1- Deluxe Ocean View
Ocean View / King Bed/ AC
Rock Cottage 1 and Rock Cottage 2 are beautiful secluded cottages, each set atop of the cliffs overlooking the Caribbean Sea. They both offers a comfortable king-size bamboo beds, with a white canopy, and a large veranda with lounge chairs and a breathtaking unobstructed view of the Negril sunset over the Caribbean Sea.

Sea Grape 2- Deluxe Ocean View
Ocean view/ King bed / AC
The Seagrape 2 is located on a small cove at the Tensing Pen Resort property. It boasts a beautiful stone look on the outside, along with gorgeous bamboo and tile work on the inside. it is beautifully furnished with a spectacular view of the Caribbean right from the king sized bed.

South House 1 - Premium
Ocean View
King bed (can hold an extra twin bed)/ AC/ mini fridge
With unparalleled views of the sea, South House comprises South House 1 on the first floor and South House 2 on the upper half. South House 1 offers two twin beds, which can be converted to a king bed.

Garden Studio
Ocean View / King bed / AC
Large airy at the upper floor with an ocean view. Laid back, nestled amidst the foliage, any of this cottage is mere steps from the sea.

payment & CANCELLATION POLICY
A $1000 non-refundable deposit is due to reserve your spot at time of registration.
This deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. Any payments made by credit card or internationally via Paypal will be subject any additional transaction fees.
Final payment in full is due no later than Sept 1st, 2025.
Cancellations on or before Sept 1st, 2025:
You will forfeit your deposit of $1000.
The remainder of your payment will be refunded to you.
Cancellations on or after Sept 1st, 2025:
You will forfeit ALL money rendered. I hope that you understand that due to the nature of the retreat, there are no refunds for any reason. However your ticket is transferable if you find someone else to join, pending approval.
This cancellation policy is strict and firm. We recommend that you purchase cancellation/travel insurance to protect your investment.
Please, do not make any travel arrangements before receiving confirmation of registration.
